About Marlon
Getting to Know Marlon
Marlon Madison is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida, with a Master’s in Social Work from Simmons University and a Bachelor’s in Public Administration and Emergency Management. He brings a wealth of experience working with veterans, first responders, adolescents, and older adults from diverse cultural backgrounds, serving clients ages 13 to 70+.
Marlon provides individual and family therapy across the lifespan, using a flexible, client-centered approach. He draws from a wide range of evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, Trauma-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Multicultural Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based approaches, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), stress management, mindfulness, and coaching.
His clinical experience spans a broad range of mental and behavioral health issues, including ADHD, Autism, chronic illness, mood disorders, trauma, substance abuse, eating disorders, PTSD, OCD, grief, sexual difficulties, and parenting or relationship challenges.
Marlon creates a nonjudgmental space for truth-telling, growth, and healing. His goal is to empower each client through support, insight, and collaboration, guiding them toward achieving their personal goals and becoming the best version of themselves.
