With 3 years of clinical experience, Hilary has worked across a variety of settings helping individuals navigate diverse life stressors. She currently provides therapy tailored to the unique needs of working adults and single parents, while continuing her dedication to fostering long-term client growth and resilience.
Her areas of specialty include stress management, relationship concerns, depression, anxiety, anger management, and bipolar disorders. Hilary has a deep understanding of the unique emotional toll and systemic pressures faced by working professionals and single parents, particularly as it relates to balancing daily life demands with mental wellbeing.
She incorporates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
Hilary Reed is a practicing mental health professional certified in both the Functional Assessment Rating Scale (FARS) and the Children's Functional Assessment Rating Scale (C-FARS) through the Florida Department of Children and Families. She earned her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University in Florida, with a specialization in clinical therapeutic practices. Hilary is visually impaired and brings that personal perspective to her work with clients navigating disability and health-related challenges..
