Complete Intake Paperwork
You'll receive digital forms to complete prior to your session, including a secure consent form, HIPAA agreement, and demographic questionnaire.

We aim to schedule your first appointment within 7 days of your intake. We offer flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Meet with your therapist via secure video platform and start exploring goals, strengths, and what healing could look like for you.
