Getting to Know Faatimah
Faatimah (Fuh-Tee-Muh) Dreher is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with nearly a decade of experience empowering individuals, couples, and families through evidence-based care. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Nebraska. She is also a PhD candidate in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at Nova Southeastern University.
Faatimah specializes in trauma and attachment, self-esteem and identity concerns, and neurodivergent support. Her clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, grief and loss, somatic emotional processing, disordered eating, LGBTQIA+ identity, narcissistic trauma, and impulse control.
Her therapeutic approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with nervous system regulation tools and somatic work. She fosters a collaborative and affirming space that invites emotional safety and self-discovery.
Faatimah believes clients are not defined by their pain and deserve a path to healing. She walks beside each person on their journey toward peace, growth, and authentic self-worth.
