Afterpay Available
We've partnered with Afterpay so you can get started without delay. You can:
- Split any plan into 4 interest-free payments, or
- Pay monthly over 6 or 12 months with interest (available for plans over $400). You'll be redirected to the Afterpay site to complete your payment, then returned to our page.
How It Works
We want your therapy experience to feel clear, flexible, and safe from the beginning.
Refund Policy
After your first session, packages are non-refundable. If the first match isn't the right fit, we'll rematch you with another therapist at no extra cost.
Expiration
All purchased sessions must be completed within 6 months. Any unused sessions after that period will expire and cannot be credited or refunded.
Rescheduling
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late or missed sessions may be forfeited unless caused by an emergency.
Privacy and Access
All therapy is provided through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Digital tools and resources are intended solely for the individual client's personal use.
